Strategic Growth: The Jolley Group Acquisition: In 2012, Timco entered a new era. Acquired by the Jolley Group, the company underwent a strategic expansion of resources, equipment, and leadership. This transition was the catalyst for Timco’s evolution from a specialty contractor into a full-service infrastructure partner. By integrating our deep roots in industrial maintenance with heavy civil and pipeline construction capabilities, we created a unique "one-stop-shop" model that redefined what a construction partner could be.

From our headquarters in Bristow, Oklahoma, we manage complex pipeline installations, critical integrity programs, and large-scale facility construction.
